Why does my keypad on my blackberry bold 9700 not work when I put a silicon gel case on it?
I tried it on my brothers blackberry bold 9700 as well and we had the same problem. But I know loads of people that have the same model as my phone with silicon gel cases and they don't have the same problem. I went to ask on the blackberry website but signing up to ask a question is really confusing.
If anyone knows why I would be grateful.
